The MBTI is a personality inventory that reflects an individual’s preference for eight aspects of human personality. The Meyers-Briggs is not only helpful in career planning but can also be used as a tool to improve work relationships, increased productivity and strengthen interpersonal and leadership styles
The Strong Interest Inventory measures your general interests, activities that you enjoy and occupations that appeal to you. It then compares these interests and activities with people happily employed in a wide variety of occupations.
A card sort exercise that helps you identify specific skills by function and evaluate which skills you would like to use in your current or future job. SkillScan can be completed in a session with your consultant.
